March was a month full of color and community. As nature began to bloom, we welcomed Holi with a festive tea time celebrating the Indian festival of colors — and marked Women's History Month with another special gathering. We closed the month on a high with the RUMP Annual Retreat, where CABM trainees took the lead in organizing three panels on AI in microbiome research, navigating the academic job market, and publishing tips.
