Looking Back at 2021

In addition to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) events and trainings, CABM Diversity Committee also provided infrastructural support in 2021 to foster a DEI-friendly atmosphere by

• establishing a designated Wellness Room for lactation, meditation, and prayer purposes
• opening an all-gender, single-stall restroom (accessible via elevator and stairs on the third floor)
• creating a “Take One, Leave One” menstrual product policy in all CABM restrooms
• providing informational posters by Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance office in all restrooms.

YouTube Channel sub-committee signed off the year by posting a video on the diverse ways CABM members celebrate winter holidays.
