Bio
Dr. Arbabi research is focused on animal models of autism, schizophrenia, and other developmental and psychiatric disorders. She completed her Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) at College of Veterinary Medicine, Azad University, Iran. She worked in an animal clinic as a surgical and anesthesia assistant. She performed research in areas of gut microbiome in the Immunology Research Center at University of Tehran, Iran.
When not in the lab, Dr. Arbabi enjoys hiking, tennis and snow skiing.
