Bio
Will DeGroat is an undergraduate student at Rutgers University pursuing a B.S. in Biotechnology. In May 2022, Will joined Dr. Anat Kreimer's lab through Aresty's Summer Science Program. His research focuses on unraveling networks of cis-regulatory elements to better understand cell type-specific gene regulation. Will's research has been presented at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and the American Society of Human Genetics. After graduation, Will plans to attain his Ph.D.
