Bio

Viviane has a position at Technological Institute of Parana- Irati, Brazil, teaching mainly Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry at Undergraduation Courses and Chemistry for high school. She was co-supervised some M.Sc. students at State University of Ponta Grossa and Supervised graduation students at Technological Institute of Parana- Irati. Currently Viviane is an internship visiting Scholar under a six months term at Dr. Eddy Arnold's lab.

Research Focus

Protein expression, purification, and crystallization experiments, with the aim of structure determination of key viral proteins, including polymerases, which will contribute to structure-guided drug design
