As part of the university’s strategic action plan to increase diversity, CABM formed our CABM Diversity Committee (CDC) in March of 2021 to help us address these action items as well as projects we feel passionate about here. You may have notice some of the changes we’ve already implemented like the multi-purpose room for prayer and lactation, the all-genders bathroom, cultural themed tea times, movie screenings, diversity trainings, and our DiversityUp YouTube channel. It has been a great year of working to make CABM a place with a culture that is welcoming to all.
