Studies out of Israel show booster helps to increase antibodies
Dr. Martin Blaser, director of the Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine at Rutgers University, said studies coming out of Israel are showing that a booster shot helps to increase antibodies. “The efficacy of the vaccine is clear, it’s really clear. But it’s not perfect, and over time, immunity goes down. And that’s what we’re beginning to see, and that’s what they saw in Israel,” Blaser said.
